Your happiness is the result of your attitude and how you view the world.

If your attitude is negative, you may find yourself having a harder time finding a good time to play with friends.

You could be having too many responsibilities, too many goals to achieve, too much pressure on you to achieve them.

You might feel like you are the only one who cares about others, and this can create a lot onerous pressures on you.

If that�s the case for you as well as others, you�might need to re-think what you believe and what you are capable of.
