‘Downton Abbey’ has a new series – ‘Dirty Dancing’

The Downton stories are coming to an end this year and the first episode of The Great British Bake Off was released on Sunday.
The show, which stars Kate Winslet as the dashing, but somewhat uncharismatic Countess Grantham, is the first series to be filmed in the UK since 2011, and the BBC’s flagship series is now being re-aired in the country.
Downtons first season was a hit, but it has had to face some criticism from the public over its depiction of racism.
In 2016, former Bake Off host Emily Thornberry said the series was “not a fair representation of people of colour”.
“The show’s not just about the Countess.
It’s about all of the people who are in it,” Thornberry told the BBC at the time.
“It’s about how we’re all part of this.
It is not a white, black, white, gay, straight show.
That’s not me.””
So, what I have seen on TV, I’m not interested in watching that.
That’s not me.”
